Ski-in Ski-out Chalets Tignes 1800 Espace Killy: Two New Luxury Chalets
Ski in ski out chalets Tignes 1800 are located adjacent to the end of the piste and close to the lift, continuing the refurbishment of the new village. The two luxury chalets will replace existing buildings which will be demolished to make way for them. This is all part of the continuing regeneration of Tignes 1800. For the convenience of owners and holiday makers the new village already has: an ESF ski school, a supermarket,hotel, a bakery, two restaurants and take way pizza, a pub, two sports shops and a garage/petrol station.
Ski-in Ski-out Chalets Tignes 1800: Features
The two luxury ski in ski out chalets , Chalets A and B are designed in the typical Savoyard style. Both have the same plot foot print of 1020m2, however, each chalet will differ according to the buyers’ unique requirements. There is the opportunity to include an indoor swimming pool, a spa, sauna and hammam in Chalet A, the larger of the two chalets.

Tignes 1800: F0rmerly Known as Tignes Le Boisses
Tignes 1800 is now an eco-village with around 1700 beds – as at the end of 2017. There are apartments, shops restaurants, an hotel, a bar, super market and more.The project to rebuild the village began back in 2012/2013. The Boisses gondola takes you up to the L’Aiguille Percee side of the mountain which connects to the rest Tignes and Val d’Isere that together make up the Espace Killy ski area.
Tignes 2100 can be accessed by a free shuttle bus. Val d’Isere is 8kms, 12 minutes, by road; Sainte Foy, with probably the best off-piste in the French Alps, is 16kms, 20 mins and Villaroger, with access to the Paradiski (Les Arcs and La Plagne) is 15kms and 18 minutes.
